You can easily cancel your order before out for delivery.

Exchange & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted ONLY If:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • You have a complete parcel opening video from the moment you start unwrapping the package till the damage is clearly visible and claimed in the video.
  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

We will deliver the replacement/exchange within 8–10 working days. There is no refund.

Returns/Exchanges Are Not Applicable In These Cases:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The video starts after the product is already opened.
  • The damage is not clearly visible in the video or not claimed during recording.
  • Size, design, or color preferences — as we deal in wholesale imitation jewellery, cosmetics, and hair accessories, no returns are allowed for change of mind.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Record a full unedited video while opening the parcel.
  • Clearly show the damage in the same video.

Email us the video and your order details at amaanshkapur@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Once approved, we will ship a replacement product. No cash refund is applicable.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for used products.
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless it’s our mistake.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any exchange request based on the provided evidence.
